DEVELOPER PROJECT KRIVEKUTY
The developer project KRIVEKUTY is situated in newly built residential location in the town Skalica. The objective of the assignment was the propagation of existing housing development. The draft and spacial distribution was given by the investor. The intension was to create a 3D model of the built-up area, web page and a sample ground plan. The main condition was to minimalise the project costs, the time wasn´t important.
The colors of the identity were tuned in bright pastel tones. The facade was diferrent for every house, for the bright and welcoming colourfulness to be met. Behind the house is situated a terasse with a small garden ideal for the summer barbecue. Project was targeted on the advantage of living in a low-energy houses. Visualisations were made in a low resolution and were used for web presentation. Pictures were supplemented by figures of people, what schould bring closer the atmosphere of an ordinary day.
